Hi, I'm Scott Armbruster
23+ years building enterprise technology systems. The last few have been a deep dive into AI: running adoption programs for thousands of users at top-tier organizations, and now building AI agents and automations independently for service businesses and the agencies that serve them.
My mission is simple. Most organizations spend a year piloting AI without ever putting anything into production. I'm here to change that, either by building it for them or training their team to build it themselves.

23+ Years in Technology
Started building software systems before most companies had cloud. Lived through the platform shifts from on-prem to cloud to AI. Learned to spot what actually changes business outcomes vs. what just changes vendor logos.
10+ Years Consulting Fortune 500
Helped enterprise organizations implement complex technology programs that survived contact with reality: politics, change management, real users. Learned what separates implementations that get shelved from ones that get expanded.
Leading AI Capability at Scale
Most recently led a 1,000-user M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio adoption program for a top-10 US city government, plus a 600+ practitioner ChatGPT, Codex, and agentic workflow training program at a global consulting firm.
Building Independently
Today, focused on the segment that most needs AI but is least served by traditional consulting: service businesses, local agencies, and growing organizations. Same rigor as enterprise. Sized to their reality.

Implementation Over Theory
Knowledge without shipping is just entertainment. Every framework I teach or build came from a deployment that actually ran in production.
Results Over Hype
If it didn't move a metric (time saved, revenue earned, work eliminated) it doesn't count. The AI industry is drowning in trendy. I'm not adding to it.
